This policy explains how NEW ZEALAND ROBOTICS AI TECHNOLOGY LIMITED ("we", "us") collects and uses personal information through this website. We follow the New Zealand Privacy Act 2020.
What we collect
- Contact form: your name, email address, organisation (optional), area of interest, budget (optional) and message. We also record the date, your IP address and browser type to help prevent spam.
- Newsletter: your email address, if you choose to subscribe.
- Website statistics: we count page views per page per day. We do not use tracking cookies, advertising networks or third-party analytics, and the counts are not linked to you.
The only cookie we set is a sign-in cookie for our own staff when they use the site’s admin area.
How we use it
We use your information only to reply to your enquiry, discuss a possible project with you, and send you our updates if you have subscribed. We do not sell or rent your information.
Storage and security
Your information is stored on servers we control, protected by encrypted connections (HTTPS) and restricted access. We keep enquiries only as long as we need them for the purposes above, or as the law requires.
Third-party services
Our pages load fonts from Google Fonts, and email may be delivered through an email service provider. These providers process limited technical data (such as your IP address) to deliver their service.
Your rights
You can ask to see or correct the personal information we hold about you, or ask us to delete it. To unsubscribe from emails, use the link in any email we send, or contact us. You can contact us by email at newzealandroboticsaitechnology@gmail.com.
If you are not satisfied with our response, you can contact the Office of the Privacy Commissioner.
